Wegovy plateau at 20 lbs down - what worked?

Injection day always throws me off. Looking for tips on timing and prep that made Wegovy easier on your stomach.

The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up.

Honestly, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. My last check-up came back looking great. Onward!

Adding my two cents: Did you split your dose or take it all at once. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Honestly, Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it.

Coming back to this thread, I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. So glad I'm not alone in this.
