Mid-week motivation - how are you holding up today?
Food noise took about three weeks to fade for me, appetite closer to a month. Down 23 lbs on Rybelsus and the quiet in my head is honestly the best part.
I had the exact same worry and it turned out fine. I promise this isn't a sign anything's gone wrong.
The mental side is harder than people admit. Excited to see where this goes.
How long did the food noise take to quiet down? How long did it take you to notice the appetite change? Your mileage may vary though.
Down 63 lbs here and I still get days where the old cravings poke through, but they pass way faster than they used to. The head quiet is real and worth celebrating.
Down 63 is huge, congrats. I'm mid-week dragging a bit but the food noise staying quiet makes it easier to push through.
The head quiet carrying me through a rough week at 55 down too. Funny how the cravings still show up but leave before they can do any damage.
51 down here and it's wild how short the craving windows got. Even on my draggiest mid-week days I just ride them out and they're gone in a few minutes now.
Only 19 down so far but even I've noticed the cravings losing their grip lately. Nice to see the folks further along saying it keeps getting easier to outlast them.
84 down here and I still get the occasional craving pop-up, but it's like a stranger asking directions instead of someone yelling at me. Gets weirdly easier to shrug off the further in you go, for what it's worth.
