Same here, Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Hang in there.

Fatigue hit hard after today's dose, normal?
For what it's worth, How are you handling injection-day fatigue. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
