Mounjaro injection site rotation tips?

Down 50 lbs on Mounjaro and thrilled, but the sulfur burps are testing me. Did anyone find something that actually helped?

I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Late to this but The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Totally agree. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Everyone's different of course.

What's your current titration schedule looking like. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.

Honestly, You've got this. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. You've got this.

Same here, Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. So glad I'm not alone in this.
