My appetite suppression on compounded tirz seems to be fading a few days after each shot. Is that normal or a sign I need to adjust?

Honestly, Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. This is huge. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here, Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. This community is the best.

Late to this but Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Everyone's different of course.

The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Hang in there.

Just wanted to say, Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. So glad I'm not alone in this.
