Following along, Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Thanks for starting this, super useful to compare notes. You should be really proud.
