My appetite suppression on compounded tirz seems to be fading a few days after each shot. Is that normal or a sign I need to adjust?

Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Thanks for sharing this.

Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
