For anyone considering the switch from semaglutide to tirzepatide: I made that switch at month 6 and the difference in appetite suppression is noticeable. I went from thinking about food constantly (even on sema) to genuinely not being interested. The dual GIP/GLP-1 mechanism really does seem to add something.

Adding my two cents: Sending good vibes your way. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. You're doing amazing. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. This community is the best.

Coming back to this thread — How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Stay the course. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

Adding my two cents: Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.
