For anyone considering the switch from semaglutide to tirzepatide: I made that switch at month 6 and the difference in appetite suppression is noticeable. I went from thinking about food constantly (even on sema) to genuinely not being interested. The dual GIP/GLP-1 mechanism really does seem to add something.

Same here, Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size.

Just wanted to say, Did you split your dose or take it all at once. My doctor had me hold at 7.5 until side effects settled. You've got this.

Just wanted to say, Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. You're doing amazing. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. This community is the best.

Coming back to this thread — How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Stay the course. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

For what it's worth, Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here, Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared.

Adding my two cents: Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.
