Totally agree. How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Totally agree. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Checking in this morning, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Checking in this morning, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Rooting for you.

Adding my two cents: Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. What's your current titration schedule looking like. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.

Following along, The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Maintenance for three months now and holding. Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.
