Totally agree. How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Thanks for sharing this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here, I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. How's your energy been lately. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Checking in this morning, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Rooting for you.

Adding my two cents: Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Following along, The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps.

Reading this today and The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Hang in there.
