For what it's worth, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, Keep going, seriously. Welcome in, don't be a stranger. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
