Coming back to this thread, Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.

Checking in this morning, The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Onward!

Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Totally agree. Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. This community is the best.

Honestly, Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Rooting for you.

Honestly, Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. What helped you push through the plateau. Hang in there.

For what it's worth, Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Reading this today and Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here, The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Popping in today to say, Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Hang in there.

I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call.
