Reading this and Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. I learned not to lie down right after eating. So glad I'm not alone in this.

The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped.

Just wanted to say, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Coming back to this thread, Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. This community is the best.

Same here, Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Keep us posted!
