Reading this today and Old jeans from years ago fit again. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Played with my kids in the yard without getting winded.

Late to this but We're all in this together. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
