When my appetite tanks I struggle to hit protein without feeling queasy. What are your go-to high-protein meals that actually go down easy?

Coming back to this thread, Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here, Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. What helped you push through the plateau. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. You've got this.

Late to this but I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Onward!

For what it's worth, Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Rooting for you.

Just wanted to say, Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

Adding my two cents: I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. You should be really proud. You've got this.

Honestly, I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Don't give up, it's worth it. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Keep us posted!
