When my appetite tanks I struggle to hit protein without feeling queasy. What are your go-to high-protein meals that actually go down easy?

Late to this but I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Onward!

For what it's worth, Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Rooting for you.
