Egg drop soup has been my lifesaver on queasy days - a couple eggs stirred into hot broth goes down easy and gets me 12ish grams of protein without any chewing. Scrambled soft with cheese mixed in works too when I can manage a bit more texture.
Your journey
Food noise gone - now what do I actually cook?
Bone broth simmered with a beat egg became my default around month two - warm liquids were the only thing my stomach trusted some days. When I could handle real food, a rotisserie chicken thigh shredded into that same broth stretched it further without feeling heavy.
Fairlife protein shakes were the only thing I could trust on my worst queasy days, and cold smooth stuff always went down easier than solid food for me. Once I could handle texture again, Greek yogurt thinned out with a splash of milk and some berries got me through a lot of afternoons without feeling like a chore.
