Constipation is brutal, what actually helped?

Hit a wall of fatigue right after my last dose increase. Is that a normal adjustment thing, and did more protein help you?

For what it's worth, Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Keep us posted!

Adding my two cents: Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. The mental side is harder than people admit. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Rooting for you.
