Holding at 0.25mg and debating whether to climb. Appetite is creeping back mid-week but side effects were rough last time I bumped. What would you do?

Coming back to this thread, I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. What's your current titration schedule looking like.

Following along, How long did the food noise take to quiet down. How's your energy been lately. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Keep us posted!
