Holding at 0.25mg and debating whether to climb. Appetite is creeping back mid-week but side effects were rough last time I bumped. What would you do?

What's your current titration schedule looking like. You've got this. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this and Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. What helped you push through the plateau. Onward!

Adding my two cents: Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Such an inspiration honestly. Hang in there.

Coming back to this thread, I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. What's your current titration schedule looking like.

Adding my two cents: Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady.

Adding my two cents: Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Sending good vibes your way. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. So glad I'm not alone in this.
