Switching from Ozempic to Wegovy was honestly anticlimactic — same molecule, different pen and indication. The autoinjector is nicer. Cost was about the same after the coupon. What I wasn't expecting was how much better I felt mentally just having a 'weight management' medication vs a 'diabetes' medication. Weird psychological shift but real.

I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. This community is the best.

Late to this but A1C came back normal at my last check-up. The mental side is harder than people admit. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Hang in there.

Coming back to this thread — Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
