Compounding pharmacy deep dive: I've now used 4 different pharmacies over 18 months. Two were excellent (fast turnaround, great COAs, consistent results). One was mediocre. One was concerning enough that I stopped after one order. The variance is real — do your research.

Coming back to this thread — Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb.

Late to this but Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. This community is the best.

Just wanted to say, Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Following along, Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.

Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Maintenance for three months now and holding. A1C came back normal at my last check-up. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
