Adding my two cents: I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters.

Just wanted to say, Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. What's your current titration schedule looking like. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Keep us posted!

Honestly, Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Reading this today and I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Hang in there.

Reading this today and I learned not to lie down right after eating. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb.

Reading this today and Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Reading this today and The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Everyone's different of course.

Honestly, Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing.

Honestly, Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me.

Honestly, How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
