Totally agree. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Hang in there.

For what it's worth, Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Reading this today and I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters.

Following along, I learned not to lie down right after eating. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. This community is the best.

Just wanted to say, Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Keep us posted!

Late to this but Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. This community is the best.

Popping in today to say, Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Thanks for sharing this.
