What nobody told me before I started: the first 3 days after each injection are rough, and then it gets dramatically better by day 5-6. I used to dread injection day. Now I know to schedule light meals on injection day, drink a ton of water, and the worst is over in 72 hours.

Adding my two cents: Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. A1C came back normal at my last check-up. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Thanks for sharing this.

Just wanted to say, My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this and I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. My doctor had me hold at 7.5 until side effects settled. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Rooting for you. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
