Reading this and I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there.

Late to this but Incredible progress. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Thanks for sharing this.

I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Onward!

Following along, Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Adding my two cents: Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Keep us posted!

Same here, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. How's your energy been lately. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: How long did the food noise take to quiet down. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.

For what it's worth, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Onward!

Just wanted to say, I learned not to lie down right after eating. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Thanks for sharing this.
