For what it's worth, Thanks for starting this, super useful to compare notes. Same boat over here, coverage has been a moving target. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work.

Late to this but Following this closely, good to not feel alone on it. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Same boat over here, coverage has been a moving target. So glad I'm not alone in this.

For what it's worth, How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Access where I am has been hit or miss lately. How's your energy been lately. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
