Honestly, Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

Checking in this morning, Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule.

Coming back to this thread, I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Checking in this morning, The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but What's your current titration schedule looking like. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Keep us posted!
