Sunday vs Monday injection day — does timing matter?
Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call.

Ozempic month 8 update - the food noise is gone
For what it's worth, The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Maintenance for three months now and holding.
