Just wanted to say, Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Incredible progress. Hang in there.

Same here — I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Honestly, Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. You've got this.

The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Stay the course. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Totally agree. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Late to this but Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. Everyone's different of course.

Following along, Did you split your dose or take it all at once. How are you handling injection-day fatigue. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Popping in today to say, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared.

Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. This community is the best.

Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared.

Adding my two cents: Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work.

Late to this but Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. How long did the food noise take to quiet down.
