Same here, Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Everyone's different of course.

Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. What's your current titration schedule looking like. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
