Europe is such a patchwork of access rules. Can we build a rough country-by-country picture of what's available?

Good idea, because the differences are huge. In my country only one of the two meds is reimbursed and only with strict BMI thresholds, so plenty of people here pay out of pocket. Happy to add my data once you get a list started.

In Germany my cousin pays out of pocket and it adds up fast, while friends in the UK say the pens cost a fraction of that. From the US side I'm paying roughly what she does, so the patchwork goes beyond Europe. Curious if supply issues vary by country too, since refill delays seem random everywhere.

Odd that the last two replies went off on side effects and welcomes when the OP asked about country access, but I'm in Phoenix on the lowest Wegovy dose so I can't help much with EU specifics. Would still be curious to see the pricing list people build here, the cost differences between countries always seemed wild from what friends in Germany and the UK have mentioned.

Watching this from the US side where my costs look totally different, but the availability whack-a-mole sounds universal. I'm on retatrutide from research sources at 6mg and only down a couple pounds so far, so no wonders to report yet. Hope someone from Poland chimes in since that gap in the list is glaring.

Poland checking in since everyone keeps asking - private clinics here run roughly 300 to 400 zloty a month depending on the city and whether the pharmacy has stock, and calling ahead is basically mandatory, my scripts sat unfilled twice last autumn. Down about 30 lbs despite the supply drama, so it can be done even with the gaps.
