Adding another gap to the list: Ireland folks, where do you land cost-wise? I'm on Rybelsus at 7mg from the US side and only down 7 lbs so far, so seeing the 30 lb losses over there despite pharmacy roulette is motivating.

Adding Austria to the list if anyone wants it - my clinic visits plus pharmacy ran me around 250 to 300 euro a month last I checked, though stock was the real bottleneck, not price. Down 14 lbs myself so slower going than some here, but the supply situation seems calmer than what you're describing in Poland. Would be curious how Ireland compares since I've heard the HSE path there is slow.

US lurker here on Saxenda at the top dose, and even at its priciest my monthly cost lands somewhere between what you're all quoting, which is wild given the supply headaches sound worse over there. Happy to add data points: in Germany I pay out of pocket at a local apotheke and it runs noticeably more than what friends in the Netherlands mention. France here - mine is reimbursement-backed but the prescribing hoops took a while, and monthly cost ends up lower than what you're paying in Germany once the paperwork went through. Portugal here, private clinic prescription and paying out of pocket, runs me a bit less than what the German folks are quoting but supply occasionally dips for a couple weeks. The small-town pattern is real in my corner of Germany too - the urban pharmacies here keep running dry while a village one an hour out has come through every time.
