Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, I learned not to lie down right after eating. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. You've got this.
