Keto + tirzepatide is the combination that finally worked for me. I'd done keto before with limited results and tirzepatide with limited results, but together the appetite suppression of the medication plus the ketosis just clicked. Down 28 lbs in 5 months. Not claiming this works for everyone but wanted to share what's working for me.

My pharmacist suggested splitting the dose in half for the first 4 weeks. Life-changing.

This is exactly what happened to me at week 6. The nausea just... stopped one day. Hang in there!

I switched from Ozempic to Wegovy at month 4 and the main difference I noticed was the auto-injector. The pen is just much easier to use and I felt more confident with the dose delivery. Loss-wise I didn't see a dramatic change since it's the same molecule, but psychologically having a 'weight management' drug vs a 'diabetes' drug helped me stay committed. Cost-wise it evened out with my savings card.

@ScaleWatcher same thing happened to me. The stall broke after I added more protein.

For the nausea: small meals, no greasy food, ginger tea, and Zofran if your doctor will prescribe it. The first 4-6 weeks are the hardest. Everything gets better after that point in almost every case I've seen in this forum.

The tiredness in week 2 is very real. Be patient with yourself.
