Keto + tirzepatide is the combination that finally worked for me. I'd done keto before with limited results and tirzepatide with limited results, but together the appetite suppression of the medication plus the ketosis just clicked. Down 28 lbs in 5 months. Not claiming this works for everyone but wanted to share what's working for me.

Late to this but What helped you push through the plateau. Look how far you've come. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now.

Following along, Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. The mental side is harder than people admit. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Following along, Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Been there, it does get easier I promise.

I switched from Ozempic to Wegovy at month 4 and the main difference I noticed was the auto-injector. The pen is just much easier to use and I felt more confident with the dose delivery. Loss-wise I didn't see a dramatic change since it's the same molecule, but psychologically having a 'weight management' drug vs a 'diabetes' drug helped me stay committed. Cost-wise it evened out with my savings card.
