Coming back to this thread — Maintenance for three months now and holding. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Rooting for you. Everyone's different of course.

For the nausea: small meals, no greasy food, ginger tea, and Zofran if your doctor will prescribe it. The first 4-6 weeks are the hardest. Everything gets better after that point in almost every case I've seen in this forum.

Coming back to this thread — Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Everyone's different of course.

Same here — Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. This community is the best.
