Starting my journey log here. Current weight: 247 lbs. Goal: 175 lbs. Starting Ozempic 0.25mg this week. I've tried everything else over the past decade and I'm finally taking this step. Going to document everything honestly — the good and the bad.

Late to this but Look how far you've come. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. This made my day to read. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Been there — it does get easier I promise. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
