Three denied claims later, I finally got my Wegovy approved. Here's what changed in the third appeal: my doctor submitted a peer-to-peer review request AND cited the plan's own coverage policy language directly in the appeal. Insurance companies are betting you'll give up. Don't.

Coming back to this thread — Cheering you on from here. Cheering you on from here. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Keep us posted!

Late to this but Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Keep us posted!

Reading this and Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. This community is the best.

Adding my two cents: You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Blood pressure is finally in normal range. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.

Coming back to this thread, This past year has been the biggest change of my life. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. Hang in there.

Just wanted to say, You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled.

Following along, The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. A1C came back normal at my last check-up. How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here — Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Onward!

Totally agree. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. What helped you push through the plateau. Everyone's different of course.

Reading this and I keep a food + weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise.

Don't give up, it's worth it. You should be really proud. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. This community is the best.

Totally agree. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Popping in today to say, Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Energy to actually cook dinner instead of collapsing. So glad I'm not alone in this.
