Honestly, Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Keep us posted!

Reading this and Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. This community is the best.

Adding my two cents: You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Blood pressure is finally in normal range. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.

Following along, The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. A1C came back normal at my last check-up. How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
