Adding my two cents: How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Supply's been tight in my area too. Access where I am has been hit or miss lately. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.
