Holding my dose again this week, good call?

After 67 lbs gone I've learned my body whispers before it screams, and this week it's whispering, so I'm staying at my current dose instead of moving up. Appetite is already quiet and last increase hit me harder than I expected. Anyone else find that sitting at a dose longer than planned actually kept things moving just fine?

I did the same thing a couple months ago and held for three extra weeks because the last bump flattened me. Loss kept going anyway, which taught me the dose doesn't need to be maxed to work. If appetite's already quiet, you're getting plenty from where you are.

Smart to listen to that whisper. I stalled my titration for five extra weeks around a similar point and the scale kept creeping down anyway, plus the side effects finally calmed down. Slower has honestly worked better for me than pushing through a rough increase.

When I restarted after a break I went back down a step and it was the right move - side effects came back fast the first time I ignored that. The slower climb is also part of why I've kept 29 lbs off instead of white-knuckling it.

Holding has been my pattern too - I stretched one step out an extra month around the 30 lb mark and the loss never stalled. If your appetite is already quiet, more dose mostly buys you more side effects in my experience.

At 30 lbs down I've stopped treating the titration schedule like a deadline. I sat an extra two weeks at my last step because the appetite was already muted and the scale kept doing its thing anyway. Seems like the drug doesn't care what week it is, only whether the current dose is still working.

Same experience here - after my break I went back down a step and stayed longer than planned, and it paid off across the 45 lbs I've lost. The slower restart felt tedious at first but the side effects stayed manageable the whole way. Worth the patience in my case.

After my break I also restarted a step lower and it made the whole ramp-up way easier on my stomach. With 56 lbs gone I'm convinced the patience at the front end is what kept me from quitting early.
