Honestly, Maintenance for three months now and holding. Energy to actually cook dinner instead of collapsing. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Bloodwork came back today and it's quietly improved. Honestly the most motivating part so far.

Reading this today and I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. So glad I'm not alone in this.

My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Everyone's different of course.
