Down 75 lbs on Mounjaro and thrilled, but the sulfur burps are testing me. Did anyone find something that actually helped?

Just wanted to say, Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Rooting for you. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Keep us posted!

Honestly, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Hang in there.

Late to this but Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Onward!
