How do you verify a compounded batch is legit?

Noticed what feels like batch-to-batch variation in how my compounded dose is hitting. Has anyone else experienced that or am I imagining it?

Just wanted to say, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, I learned not to lie down right after eating. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. You've got this.

Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Incredible progress. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.

Honestly, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Hang in there.

Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Onward!

Reading this and The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared.
