Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. How's your energy been lately. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

For what it's worth, We're all in this together. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable.

Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.

Popping in today to say, Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

Rooting for you. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Hang in there.

For what it's worth, The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Onward! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
