Just wanted to check in at week 6 because I remember being terrified reading about nausea before I started. It was rough — weeks 2-4 were genuinely difficult. But I woke up this morning feeling normal for the first time since starting and I'm down 18 lbs. If you're in the thick of the nausea phase right now, it does pass. Hydrate, eat small, and give it time.

Insurance tip: document everything. Every phone call, every denial letter, every appeal. Having a paper trail when you get to the peer-to-peer review stage is critical. Your doctor can reference specific dates and denial reasons.

Totally agree. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. So glad I'm not alone in this.
