Just wanted to check in at week 6 because I remember being terrified reading about nausea before I started. It was rough — weeks 2-4 were genuinely difficult. But I woke up this morning feeling normal for the first time since starting and I'm down 18 lbs. If you're in the thick of the nausea phase right now, it does pass. Hydrate, eat small, and give it time.

Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. You've got this.

Honestly, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, Walking 8k steps a day alongside the meds really compounds. Been there, it does get easier I promise.

Week 12 checking in — yes, the hair loss is real but it does slow down. Biotin helped me.

Insurance tip: document everything. Every phone call, every denial letter, every appeal. Having a paper trail when you get to the peer-to-peer review stage is critical. Your doctor can reference specific dates and denial reasons.

Honestly, Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. So glad I'm not alone in this.
