This community saved my first month on medication. I came here when I was ready to quit at week 3 and people here convinced me to push through. It's now month 5 and I'm down 38 lbs. Thank you all.

For what it's worth, Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here — You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Thanks for sharing this.

Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Keep us posted!

Same here — How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. How long did the food noise take to quiet down.

Late to this but I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

What helped you push through the plateau. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me.

I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. This community is the best.

Totally agree. This is huge. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Rooting for you.

My doctor had me hold steady until side effects settled. Keep going, seriously. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Been there, it does get easier I promise. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.
