Coming back to this thread, My last check-up came back looking great. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Following along, Such an inspiration honestly. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.

Following along, Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: I plan my meals around shot-day appetite changes now. Don't give up, it's worth it. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Checking in this morning, How long did the food noise take to quiet down. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. This is huge. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Coming back to this thread, Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
