For what it's worth, Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. Electrolytes every morning has been a game changer. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Keep us posted!

Coming back to this thread, Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. How are you handling injection-day fatigue. Everyone's different of course.
