The hair loss started around week 9 for me and I panicked. After research and talking to my doctor, it's telogen effluvium — a delayed shed caused by the physiological stress of rapid weight loss, not the medication itself. It slows down around month 4-5. Biotin and collagen peptides haven't hurt. Just wanted to share this so the next person isn't as scared as I was.

Nutrition plan that's working for me on tirzepatide 7.5mg: Morning: Greek yogurt (20g protein), berries, black coffee. I have no appetite until 11am so I don't force breakfast. Lunch: This is my biggest meal because my appetite is best midday. Usually a big salad with grilled chicken or a high-protein wrap. Aim for 35-40g protein. Dinner: Small. Soup, eggs, or cottage cheese. My appetite is nonexistent by 7pm and forcing food makes me nauseous. This is a feature, not a bug. Total: about 1,400-1,600 calories, 130g+ protein. I prioritize protein above all else to protect muscle mass while losing. This isn't a diet — it's just what my body wants now.

@ScaleWatcher same thing happened to me. The stall broke after I added more protein.
