Adding my two cents: Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Supply's been tight in my area too. Keep us posted!

Checking in this morning, I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call.

I learned not to lie down right after eating. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
