Been on this almost a year now and the day-before-the-shot hunger still ambushes me some weeks, even down 55 lbs. Logging the pattern made it way less scary, and I plan something to do with my hands those evenings. Hang in there, it passes by the weekend for me every time.

Almost a year in and down about 50 lbs here, and the day-before hunger still shows up like clockwork some weeks. Knowing it tends to fade by the weekend keeps me from panicking and eating the pantry. I just plan a busy evening and ride it out.

Same thing hit me yesterday, food noise cranked up hard the day before my shot and I almost caved. Down 16 lbs so far and seeing that pattern repeat each week helped me stop freaking out about it. I just keep my hands busy those evenings and it quiets down by the weekend for me too.

Down 34 lbs and I get that mid-week spike too, mine usually lands a day or two before my shot. Once I noticed it shows up on a schedule it stopped feeling like the med failing. I keep a sparkling water and something to knit nearby those evenings and it fades in a day or so.

Down 66 lbs here and that pre-shot hunger still sneaks up on me some weeks too. Once I tracked it against my shot day it stopped scaring me, it's just the tail end of the week doing its thing. I usually drink a big tea and go walk the dog and it's gone by the next morning.

Down 21 lbs on Saxenda and I get the same end-of-week surge, so it's not just a semaglutide thing. Tracking mine against injection day made it way less alarming, and a long walk around the neighborhood usually settles it by the next morning.

I'm on Zepbound and mine shows up right around day five too, so seeing you all pin it to shot day makes sense. Down 16 lbs here and it still catches me off guard some weeks, but knowing it's a pattern and not the med quitting helps a lot. Chewing gum and cleaning the kitchen usually gets me through the evening until it quiets down.

Only about 5 lbs in so I'm still early, but I already get a louder day-four/five appetite on Wegovy and used to panic it meant it stopped working. Logging the timing next to shot day was the trick for me too. Once I could see the pattern it just became a Thursday thing instead of a failure thing.

For me it wasn't one loud day, it was the food noise creeping back earlier each week until I had three or four rough days instead of one. When that stretch got long enough that I was white-knuckling it most of the week, I talked to my prescriber and we moved up. I've lost about 42 lbs doing it that way, and even now a single noisy day doesn't mean anything's wrong.

Down 23 lbs and I still get one loud day most weeks, usually a few days after my shot. Once I stopped reading it as the med quitting on me, those days got way easier to ride out.

I’m on Zepbound but the same thing. First four ish days are good. It’s a battle to stay away from snacks. Drinking lots of water seems to help me a little. Dose increase Tuesday so we shall see

Same boat here, down 22 lbs and I still get a day where the cravings crank back up like clockwork. I started planning a high protein dinner and a walk for those days and it takes the edge off. Good to know I'm not the only one mapping the pattern.

Day four or five is when it hits me too, usually right after lunch. I only started a few weeks back and am barely down 2 lbs, so hearing people further along say the pattern stays predictable is weirdly reassuring. Crank up the protein on those days and it passes faster for me.

Even a year plus into Rybelsus I get that day where the cravings come roaring back, usually right before my next pill day. Down 84 lbs and it still shows up, just matters less now since I know it fades by the next morning. Having a protein-heavy plan for that one day has saved me more than once.

Down about 42 lbs and that late-week noise still shows up for me too, always the day before my shot. I stopped panicking about it once I noticed it's gone by morning after dosing. Keeping something high protein ready for that day helps a lot.

Down 23 lbs on tirzepatide and I get that same pre-shot food noise pattern too, usually the day before my weekly dose. Once I clocked that it lifts by the day after injecting, it stopped messing with my head so much. Keeping my fridge stocked with protein ahead of that day was a game changer for me.
