That day-before-shot noise hit me hard early on at 1mg too, and knowing it clears by the next morning took the scare out of it. I'm only down 7ish lbs but planning a protein-heavy day before dosing has made those spikes way easier to ride out.

The pattern being predictable is what helped me most too. Mine got loud around day five on Wegovy, and once I noticed it showed up like clockwork and was gone by morning after the shot, it stopped feeling like the med was failing. I just plan something filling for dinner that day.
Day five noise used to wreck me too until I saw it lift right after my shot every single week. Now I just treat that day as a protein-forward one and it barely registers. Down 29 lbs on 1.7 and the pattern still holds.
