Checking in this morning, Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Onward! Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. This is huge. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Popping in today to say, Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey.…
